A native New Yorker, Rebeccah has called the Seattle area home since 1991. After several years trying criminal cases in northern New Mexico, she made her way to Seattle where she worked for ten years as a public defender, bringing multiple felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases to trial.
Rebeccah then pursued a career as a judge pro tempore, presiding over numerous jury trials in State Courts. Learning to listen to both sides of a dispute helped hone her skills as an advocate and she saw first-hand how the justice system could impact people. Rebeccah was rated exceptionally well qualified for the bench by the King County Bar Association, King County Chapter of Washington Women Lawyers, the Loren Miller Bar Association, QLaw, Latino/Latina Bar Association, and the Asian Bar Association. After running unsuccessfully for a judicial position in 2008, Rebeccah joined Advocates Law Group, PLLC, one of Washington’s first virtual law firms.
Rebeccah is a founding partner of Maxwell Graham, PS. Her practice consists of representing injured people and she loves advocating compassionately and persuasively for her clients. Not one to back down, Rebeccah relishes both the small and large victories.
In her spare time, Rebeccah is an enthusiastic cyclist, runner, hiker, and poker player. She credits her poker skills for her success as a negotiator.
